If itâs been a while since youâve exercised, just start with what you can do. If a move feels too hard right now, modify it, or just march in placeâyour body will get stronger surprisingly fast. For example, if squats arenât safe yet, use a kitchen chair and practice sit-to-stands. Each session, push yourself just a little more. Progress adds up quickly!
