Brooklyn
Three years ago I decided to turn my life around and do the hard work to feel better inside and out.
I’ve learned so much about myself. “Hurt people, hurt people” was true for me. I was miserable inside and projected that pain everywhere: friendships, relationships, even how I treated my own family. I filled my life with clutter and chaos because that’s how I felt inside.
Breaking bad habits takes time. Losing even five pounds can feel like forever, and obsessing over the  scale is exhausting. When I joined my mom’s 21 day sugar detox, I thought it was just a quick fix… but this time was different. She taught me how to shift my mindset and see healthy changes as a way to build a life I truly love.
I’m not sharing my mom’s program just because she’s my mom. I’m sharing because she helped me change my life. I did the work, but having the knowledge to keep going and maintain my results makes me so grateful.
- 65 lbs down
- 5 months alcohol-free
- Working two jobs and full of energy
- Walking 3-4 times a week, getting 10 to 12k steps each time
I want to share my story with anyone who needs to hear it, and I’m just getting started.
This journey isn’t about perfection or overnight results. It’s about showing up for yourself every day and choosing a new way forward.
